Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Items are fulfilled on Purecreo's behalf from a third-party facility in the United States. The delivery estimates below are in addition to processing time.
Where we ship
Purecreo currently ships within the United States only.
United States shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $7, and it's free on orders over $79. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Express shipping is available at a weight-based rate shown at checkout, with an estimated delivery of 1–3 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, security checks, and other circumstances outside Purecreo's reasonable control may affect delivery. Any available tracking information will be sent through the contact details supplied with the order.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incorrect, get in touch through our Contact page immediately. An address change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch, and additional carrier charges may apply where redelivery is required because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If tracking shows an unusual delay, a parcel appears missing, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch through our Contact page with the order number and any photos or tracking details (you can attach photos on the form). Purecreo will review the issue with the relevant fulfillment or carrier provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Other destinations
If another destination is enabled at checkout, the available service, price, and delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to that order. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges clearly disclosed as their responsibility during checkout or required by local law.
