Cancellation policy

Six-week subscription

When you choose a Purecreo subscription at checkout, you authorize Purecreo (through our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide and ship a new order automatically every six weeks until you cancel. The subscription price, any discount, the six-week renewal frequency, and the recurring terms are shown clearly before you complete checkout, and you consent to those automatic-renewal terms at that time.

Renewal reminders

We send a reminder email to the address on your order before each renewal, so you always know a shipment and charge are on the way and how to cancel. If a price ever changes, we notify you in advance, with cancellation instructions, before the new price applies.

How to cancel — anytime, online, free

You can cancel at any time, at no cost. Just log in to your Purecreo account, open Subscriptions, and select Cancel.

To stop the next shipment and charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. An order that has already been charged or dispatched before your cancellation takes effect is handled under our Refund Policy and any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
