1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern use of purecreo.com and purchases made through the Purecreo online store. By using the site or placing an order, a customer agrees to these terms and to the policies incorporated by reference, including the Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
2. Store use
The site may be used only for lawful purposes. A customer must provide current, complete, and accurate information where required for an order and must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person's rights.
3. Product information
Purecreo takes reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging, color, and presentation may appear differently across screens, and non-material presentation details may change. Product availability may be limited, and Purecreo may correct genuine errors in descriptions, price, inventory, or availability before fulfilling an order.
Purecreo is sold as a dietary supplement, not as a medicine. Website information is general information and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate disease and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Follow the product label. A person who is pregnant, nursing, has a medical condition, takes medication, or has concerns about suitability should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.
4. Orders, price, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled for a genuine pricing or inventory error, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, supply unavailability, or inability to deliver, with any payment handled as required by law. The price, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and recurring terms applicable to an order are displayed during checkout.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically every six weeks and charge the payment method supplied at checkout until cancelled. The Purchase Options Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms and explains the recurring arrangement and cancellation route.
6. Shipping, returns, and consumer rights
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer protections that apply under the law of your state or country of residence.
7. Intellectual property
The Purecreo name, branding, original site content, graphics, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Purecreo and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment services, carriers, and subscription tools. Third-party links and services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Purecreo is not responsible for third-party material outside its reasonable control, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and general informational content are provided without guarantees of a particular fitness, performance, health, or training outcome. Liability is not excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes
Purecreo may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The version published on the site applies from its stated effective date. A material subscription change will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
11. Applicable law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or a customer's use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection that applies in the customer's place of residence; where such laws grant rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.
